PS foam box production line consists 3 main parts---PS sheet extruder, food box
vacuum forming machine and recycling machine.
PS sheet extruder is used make PS foam sheets with the materials of GPPS, talcum
powder and foaming agent (freon, butane or LPG).
The vacuum forming machine can make the PS sheets into the shapes of boxes,
bowls or plates according to the customers' requirements.
After the boxes, bowls and plates are shaped, there is some leftover of material.
The recycling machine is used to recycled them so that it can be re-used.
