I. General conception
This machine is a single working-station liner thermoforming machine, material loading and unloading is operated manually.
Material locking, heating, forming, cooling and other processes(pre-cutting) are all done in the single station;
detail processes as follows:
sheet is loaded to the working position on the thermoforming machine→
hydraulic cylinder drives the pressuring framework down, to lock the material sheet→
heating unit moves ahead, to heat the sheet→
after heating, the heating unit moves back→
then bulb blow→
the mould moves to the accurate position→
vacuum, the sheet is absorbed on to the convex mould surface→
the upper mould frame moves down to assist forming→
cooling device cools the formed inner→
the upper mould frame moves up→
the convex mould moves down→
the pressuring framework moves up→
unload the formed parts manually.
The advantages of this type of machine are simple structure, easy operating and friend man-machine interface, and this type of machine is suitable for large product forming. Siemens is used for the electric control system, touch panel is used for monitoring the system, intelligent temperature controlling way is configured, and all the heating areas can be controlled separately. Proportional valves are used for controlling the speed of bulb blowing and demoulding.
