- Electromechanical integration control. All working action is controlled by PLC. Touch screen input, easy and convenient.
- Servo motor driving, with large torque, low noise .The cutting depth precisely controlled.
- Can cooperate in line working to upgrade equipment, for those adopts servo motor or inverter feeding vacuum forming machine, pressure/negative forming machine.
- Servo motor pulling sheet, high speed, accurate, steady.
- Using steel rule knife mold, low cost, reducing the production cost.
- Cutting template adopt up/down double action method, suitable for all kinds of concave and convex molding products.
- The products from this cutting without any burr, to make up the present market which should stay join point on multi-station forming machine.
