my vacuum forming machine

Unfortunately, this will not be the best guide ever.
It\'s more about a show and a story. So here we go.
I first built my machine loosely on this basis, and for those of you who don\'t know what the vacuum generator is, I\'ll give you a super simplified answer.
It is a machine that heats a piece of plastic until it is soft, and then the plastic is placed on the shape of your choice and vacuuming tightly onto the shape.
Then the plastic cools until it is no longer bent, leaving the impression of the shape inside.
Note: Please be careful when working at high heat and high voltage.
To make a vacuum cleaner, you need a frame to clip the plastic in a hot source, a platform to place the mold (platen)
And a vacuum source.
I have 2-
The 4 square feet aluminum frame puts the plastic in the middle and I made 2ft with 2ft so I can take out 8 pieces of plastic from the 4\'x8\' sheet.
The table board is made of medium fiber board and 2x4 and 400 small holes that I have to drill.
Vacuum from vacuum pump and air tank (

I made the oven with nichrome wire and ceramic insulator and used the oven calculator on www. tk560.

Keep in mind that this is just the second time I use this machine, it doesn\'t have 100% yet.
I still need the toggle clip to hold the metal frame around the plastic, I need to insulation the top of the oven to prevent people from being burned or shocked by accidents, it would be nice to be able to control the heat better than just turn it on and off.
